BRANDZ GLADLY ACCEPTS RETURNS OF UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE OR IN STORES FOR DELIVERY THAT SHIPPED TO A U.S. ADRESS FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. RETURN MUST BE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED WITHIN 7 DAYS TO RECEIVE A REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS FROM THE DATE YOU MAIL YOUR ITEM(S) BACK FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED – YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WHEN COMPLETE. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, ONLINE, PHONE OR APP PURCHASES, MAY BE RETURNED TO A BRANDZ STORE. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IN THE FORM OF THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT, UNLESS WE AGREE TO CREDIT A DIFFERENT PAYMENT TYPE. ALL LINGERIE, ALTERED OR FINAL SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. UPON THE RETURN OF AN ITEM, YOU WILL FORFEIT ANY REWARDS APPLIED ON THAT PURCHASE.
RETURNING A GIFT
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN, WE WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE AMOUNT TO BRANDZ E-GIFT CARD. RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE RECEIVED AS A GIFT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A GIFT RECEIPT.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NOT OFFER EXCHANGES FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE. PLEASE RETURN THE ITEM YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE FOR A REFUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR RETURN POLICY AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR A REPLACEMENT ITEM.
